Another food review.
Prepare to be (I hope) hungry!

I like noodles sooo much!
From Chinese mien to Vietnamese pho to Korean ramyeon, Japanese soba, udon, somen, ramen, and don't forget the Italian pasta; spaghetti, fettuccine, and their friends...last but not least, our national favorite; Indomie!

I'll only talk about ramen though. ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

Do you have any favorite ramen shop in Jakarta?
Well, I have! Three of them to be precise.
According to my personal rank from the most favorite:
Hakata Ikkousha,
Marutama Ramen,
Ramen 38/Sanpachi.

Actually it's hard to choose between Marutama or Hakata, both are delicious in their own ways!
But decision has to be made.

In the picture is Marutama Ramen with chicken, I prefer the pork though. Tender, moist, and juicy (still talking about the pork!), even for me who doesn't really like pork.
What's better than the pork?
The broth! Hands down to the broth! I'm lovin' it!
The ramen is light in taste and texture, which compliments the deep flavor of the broth. Just perfect! (。ゝ∀・)b

I also recommend you to try their gyoza and karaage!
Pictures speak louder than words, so just look at the pics ;)
P.S. Will post the gyoza pic later...
After I find it. σ(^_^;)
